Planning a Group Trip

Planning a group trip in Jamaica with us is easy! To start the process, we simply require specific information on what you and your group have in mind. Please fill the introductory form or click this link. 

After submission of this information, a program advisor will contact you to discuss further about the project, we then gather the necessary details and then put together a project proposal for your group to review, this will include proposed itinerary, fees, what is included etc.

Once you have reviewed the proposal, the next step is to arrange a video Skype or phone call with you and any stakeholders associated with your group. On this call we will get to know each other, address any concerns you may have and ensure that we fully understand your group’s objective.

Group Project Options

Facility Improvement & Custom Group Projects

Resources for maintenance and repairs of schools and community centers for example are limited; as such these institutions usually have to prioritize where resources should be used.

In most cases these institutions receive government aid, private companies like us and support from volunteers like you. We seek to resolve this problem, we need help in classroom expansion, repairing of furniture such desk and chairs, repainting walls and more; this is how your help comes in handy. Your assistance will be in the form of hands on labour and also fundraising to fund need based custom projects.

Volunteers will be able to work together as a team with the supervisory of skilled personnel, this is why projects of this type is perfect for groups such as service clubs, mission teams, high school groups, university groups, community colleges, corporate groups family and friends.

Custom Group Projects

We offer a wide range of programs that groups can be involved; however there arise the instance where a group has a specific project idea or need that falls outside of the listed programs on our website. In these cases, our team will work with you and your group to establish a program that fits ideally to those needs.

As we are a local organization, we have first hand expertise into the needs of the communities we serve; we will guide your ideas to fit perfectly into fulfilling the needs of the local community in which your group will work while considering the group’s safety at the same time.
