The Blue Mountain National Park in Jamaica is home to over 1000 flora and 500 species of fauna; it was inducted as World Heritage site in 2015 by UNESCO as being an area of natural and cultural significance. As a volunteer you will be involved in tasks that involves maintaining the park, aid in protection of natural resources, assist in educating park users about litter and its effects as well as members of the local community in and surrounding the park.
This affordable Environment and Conservation volunteer project is the perfect opportunity to learn more about flora and fauna within the forest and how to protect the endangered species.

Your Role as a volunteer includes but not limited to assisting park rangers to ensure safety throughout the park, cleaning activities, provide information to hikers, any other activities pertaining to conservation and sustainability of the park.
